Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Seminole Handyman Pros to customers in Pinellas County, FL. By approving an estimate or allowing work to begin, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Work
All work performed is limited to the services specifically outlined in the estimate or invoice. Any additional work requested will require approval and may result in additional charges.
2. Pricing and Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic transfer. For larger jobs or jobs requiring materials, a deposit may be required before scheduling.
3. Minimum Service Charge
All services are subject to a minimum service charge. This covers travel, time, and basic labor required to complete small tasks.
4. Materials
Materials may be supplied by Seminole Handyman Pros or the customer. If materials are supplied by Seminole Handyman Pros, they are included in the total price unless otherwise stated. If customer-supplied materials are defective, incorrect, or missing, additional charges may apply.
5. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing access to the work area at the scheduled time. If access is not available or the job cannot proceed as planned, a trip charge may apply.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
Seminole Handyman Pros does not perform work that requires specialized permits beyond standard handyman scope under Florida law. We do not guarantee the condition of existing structures, materials, or previous work. Hidden damage, code issues, or unforeseen conditions may require additional work and cost.
8. Warranty
Labor is warranted for a period of 30 days from completion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions, misuse, or neglect.
9. Liability
Seminole Handyman Pros is insured and will take reasonable care to protect your property. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or improper prior installations.
10. Clean Up
Work areas will be cleaned upon completion. Basic debris removal is included unless otherwise stated.
11. Photos and Documentation
Photos may be taken before and after work for documentation and quality control purposes.
12. Agreement
Approval of an estimate or allowing work to begin constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Payment Terms for Property Managers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion. Net terms must be pre-approved.
